Leverett records 14 deed transfers as August closings work through the pipeline
The Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded 14 property transfers in Leverett between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19. Only two carried a posted sale price: $45,000 for 16 Juggler Meadow Road and $318,750 for 102 Dudleyville Road, the period's top recorded sale, transferred to Florence Bank. Prices for the other 12 transfers were not yet available in registry records. Depot Road, Dudleyville Road and North Leverett Road each saw three recorded deeds. Banks or credit unions appeared as a party on a majority of this period's transfers, a pattern consistent with mortgage-related activity across the recorded deeds.
