Eleven Leverett Property Transfers Recorded, but Pricing Data Still Thin
Leverett recorded 11 property transfers between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but sale prices have posted for only two so far: $45,000 for 16 Juggler Meadow Road and $318,750 for 102 Dudleyville Road, the period's top recorded sale. Prices for the other nine deeds had not yet reached the registry, which is typical for recently recorded transfers. Dudleyville Road and Depot Road each saw multiple transfers, and several deeds involved a bank or credit union as buyer or seller. With pricing data limited to two of 11 transfers, the overall tone of the period's market is difficult to characterize from the data available.
