Nine Leverett Property Transfers Recorded as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Nine property transfers were recorded in Leverett between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price. Disclosed prices ranged from $58,700 to $450,000, with a median of $350,000. The top disclosed sale was 49 Richardson Rd. at $450,000, sold Aug. 17 by Miki Gromacki to Guild Mortgage Co. LLC and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. More than half of the recorded transfers involved a bank or mortgage entity as grantor or grantee, and several others were trust or estate transfers, leaving most of the period's transactions without a disclosed dollar value.
