Leverett Records 10 Deed Transfers in September; Most Prices Not Yet Posted
Leverett recorded 10 property deed transfers between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, but sale prices have posted for only two: $318,750 for 102 Dudleyville Road and $45,000 for 16 Juggler Meadow Road, producing a preliminary median of $181,875. The month's most notable transaction was the Dudleyville Road sale, the period's highest recorded price, which transferred to Florence Bank. Eight transfers, including two on Teawaddle Hill Road involving a family trust, have not yet had prices recorded by the registry. With eight of 10 prices still pending, the data available so far is too limited to characterize the month's overall market tone.
