Leverett Posts August Conservation Commission Minutes Ahead of Busy Meeting Week

LEVERETT — The town clerk's office added approved Conservation Commission minutes from two August meetings to the public record this week, and four town boards have meetings on the calendar for the days ahead.

TOWN HALL

Leverett's Conservation Commission minutes from its August 3 and August 31 sessions were posted to the town's downloadable-files list on Thursday, Sept. 18, giving residents access to the board's most recent decisions on wetlands and land-use matters. The commission oversees permitting under the state Wetlands Protection Act within town boundaries.

COMING UP

The Energy Committee meets Monday, Sept. 21, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. in the Town Hall second-floor meeting room and by Zoom. The Select Board follows Tuesday, Sept. 22, from 7 to 8:30 p.m. at Town Hall and remotely. On Friday, Sept. 25, the Council on Aging hosts a luncheon at Town Hall from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and the town is offering free computer skills training at Town Hall from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m. the same day.
