Two Disclosed Sales Bookend Wide Price Range in Leverett's July Property Records
Twelve property deeds recorded in Leverett from July 3 to Aug. 1 at the Franklin County Registry of Deeds, but only two disclosed a sale price: $90,000 for 32 Juggler Meadow Road and $536,000 for 106 Jackson Hill Road, the period's priciest recorded sale. The midpoint of those two prices is $313,000. Ten of the 12 transactions listed no sale price, including several transfers involving banks or credit unions as buyer or seller and two trust-related transfers on Teawaddle Hill Road and Juggler Meadow Road.
