The other nine transfers, including a cluster of three along North Leverett Road, remain without recorded prices. Four of the 10 transactions involved a bank or credit union as seller or, in one case, a mortgage company as buyer. With pricing data this sparse, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be characterized beyond the raw count of transfers.
