Ten Leverett Property Sales Recorded In Late July, Most Without Disclosed Price
Ten deeds were recorded in Leverett between July 17 and Aug. 15, but only two disclosed a sale price, according to Franklin County Registry of Deeds records. Prices ranged from $500 to $494,500, with a median of $247,500. The top disclosed sale was 9 Long Hill Rd, which sold for $494,500 on July 23 from the Laurie Connors Trust to Michael S. Gove, trustee, and the Walker Irrevocable Trust; a companion parcel involving the same parties closed the same day for $500. North Leverett Road saw three separate transfers, and four of the 10 sales involved a bank or mortgage lender as buyer or seller. With price disclosed in just two of 10 deeds, overall market tone cannot be determined.
