Leverett sales data mostly pending; only 2 of 12 deeds show a price
Leverett recorded 12 property transfers from Sept. 18 to Oct. 17, but only two carried a listed sale price in registry data: $150,000 for 33 Long Plain Rd. and $200,000 for 140 Dudleyville Rd., putting the period's price range at $150,000 to $200,000 and the rough midpoint at $175,000.

The remaining 10 sales have no price yet, consistent with normal registry reporting lag rather than withheld information. The top transaction was 140 Dudleyville Rd. at $200,000, sold to UMassFive College Federal Credit Union. Five of the 12 transfers occurred on Long Plain Road, and seven of the 12 involved a bank, credit union or mortgage lender as buyer or seller.
